Great cleaning service. Very professional from the walk through estimate, all communication and the cleaning process.  All surfaces were dusted, cleaned and disinfected. I really appreciated all the kitchen cabinets and handles being wiped down and disinfected. I will be scheduling service with them again. Very satisfied, and would recommend.

We are really picky with who we would let clean our house and we weren’t sure we would ever let it happen but after chatting with 3 point cleaners and doing a walk through it was a perfect fit. Our house is spotless and I also feel comfortable having them in my home. Their attention to detail is wonderful and we couldn’t be happier.

Let me start of by saying that I HIGHLY recommend 3 Point Clean! We recently moved into a new home in Lake Nona and I wanted a company that would come in and deep clean the house before we moved in (I don’t like other peoples germs). 3 Point Clean returned my initial call promptly, scheduled service on a day that was convenient for me, showed up on time and did an AMAZING job! I used to work in the luxury sector of hospitality so my standards for cleanliness are pretty high and the 3 Point Clean team exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services in the future!

We used 3 Point Clean for a move-out clean.  Aleic was wonderful to work with. He stayed in touch and sent me progress photos of the house throughout the clean, and the house couldn’t possibly look better. It’s literally sparkling.  We’ll definitely be using 3 Point Clean again in the future!!!

3 point clean was professional and easy to use. They were quick to respond and help me after my previous cleaning company left me in distress. To come home to a clean house after a long trying day at work was a great feeling! They are very thorough and take there time to make sure they get everything I want done.

Very happy with the service so far! They come on time, and are very thorough. The price is competitive and fair.  I’ve even left them alone in the house on half a dozen occasions to go run errands and they do their thing and lock up when they leave. Never any issues! The only negative thing I can say is that I wish I would’ve found them sooner!

Very thorough, takes the time to dust/clean in areas other companies miss. They use a steam cleaning system on the floors for a thorough cleaning

I contacted 3 Point Clean for some last minute help we needed before our home was going to be photographed for real estate photos. They were quick to respond and fit me in on short notice. They did an amazing job!! I consider myself to be someone who really tries to keep a very clean home, but they found areas I didn’t even think of! I would highly recommend. They were professionals from beginning to end! I will definitely be using their services again!

What do you get when you mix Professionals who are responsive, careful/sanitary, and truly pay attention to the smallest detail? It's the staff from 3 Point Clean. I was a little reticent to have my house cleaned in these Covid19 times, but Aleic, the manager, reassured me that this is exactly why he thought 3 Point Clean should exist in the world. I thought it was all sales talk, but the team on the ground also said the same thing and we're extra cautious, I felt like I had a hazmat team on site!

Aleic and his team did an amazing job on our move-out clean.  Aleic made himself available on extremely short notice and was able to get the cleaning done in the evening after the movers finished.  Aleic was in regular contact with me during the entire process and sent me pictures of the team's progress.  Aleic was a pleasure to work with, and if we weren't relocating out of the area, I would use 3 Point Clean for our regular home cleanings.
